Annie’s Loft & Studio is an idyllic retreat offering guests a private, luxury, one-bedroom apartment with a separate entrance, upstairs at Waipara River Estate. Set amongst mature gardens and trees, Annie’s Loft overlooks our historic vineyard and farm, providing stunning 360 degree panoramas to Mt Cass, Mt Grey, the Three Deans Range and to vineyards, farms and olive grove. Available also is The Studio, a private, luxury, studio apartment with a separate entrance, downstairs at Waipara River Estate with wide wraparound decks opening into the gardens at the western end of the house.

Barbs Place is a homely BnB in the heart of the Canterbury wine-growing region, Waipara, and is under an hour from Christchurch International Airport. On offer is a large and beautiful garden for relaxing, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. This bed and breakfast offers free private parking, daily maid service and free WiFi.

The hut is set right in the middle of the 1400 hectare sheep and beef farm with stunning views of rolling farmland and livestock. On a clear day, you can see down into the Culverden Basin and all the way to the inland Kaikouras. Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or pre order a dinner food package), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

A private, relaxing space in the foothills of the Waipara wine region with breathtaking views. Waipara vineyard retreat is located on The Boneline vineyard, just a 2 minute stroll through the winery garden to get to the cellar door. Although it is close, the space is very private from where cellar door guests may be. For a one bedroom place there is a generous amount of space and outstanding views. There is a vintage pink outdoor bath, big enough for 2, with plumbed in hot and cold water.

The Old Glenmark Vicarage is a historic landmark located in the heart of the Waipara Wine Valley, New Zealand. It was built in 1906 and is a beautiful example of late 19th-century architecture. The house is surrounded by 100+ year old trees and established grounds, overlooking a boutique vineyard.
